Please read our Privacy Policy, as it is part of these Terms and Conditions. You can browse the Cabrinhakites website without disclosing any “Personal Information.” By Personal Information, we mean that information that is specific to you and by which you are easily identified, such as your name, mailing address and email address. Cabrinhakites does not automatically log the personal information of the visitors to its website or link information that may be automatically logged by other means with the Personal Information of specific individuals. Children
We will never knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent. If it comes to our attention that a customer under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, we will remove all such information from our files. However, we may still maintain a record of that person's name and address in a “do not register” file in order to avoid a subsequent registration.

To Inspect, Change or Modify Your Personal Information
Upon request, Cabrinhakites will provide you with a readable copy of your Personal Information, although we may require proof of your identity before doing so.
